Beth was very motivated to find a buyer for our home in Garnett, Ks. We do not live near Garnett, and she not only found contractors to make repairs that needed to be done, but also scheduled them. She was so very helpful and took much of the stress of long distance selling from us. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
