I've worked with about 10 realtors to help me buy or sell a house in my lifetime-- and I can unequivocally say Bernadette is the absolute best. She was an engaged and helpful partner throughout the entire process. Her advice on listing price, staging, and repair referrals were all outstanding. Her ability to market the house (photos, compelling copy that highlighted the right selling points, open houses, and presentation in advertising) was top notch. She was an extremely valuable partner in negotiations and in helping deal with any challenges as they arose. If you are looking for a trusted realtor to help sell or buy a house, choose Bernadette. Bernadette did an outstanding job in all phases of the listing of, preparation of, presentaton of and showing of the property. I had complete confidence of her abilities when I first met her. What I never expected was that the first person viewing the property would make a full price offer and how easy and quick Bernadette made it seem to go from listing to closing. Can’t give her enough of the glowing recommendation and credit she is deserving of.

Working with Bernadette was a great experience all around! I had moved from out of state and was not too familiar with the area, although I did grow up there, I have been gone for 23 years! She was professional, pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. She actually impressed me a few times with her knowledge, she pointed out things that I honestly would not have even thought of! I gave her my list of requirements and deal breakers and she exceeded my expectations. She always responded within minutes! I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Buying a home in todays market is incredibly stressful, but Bernadette was amazing throughout the entire process. I've been house shopping since 2021, and had used two other realtors before contacting her. The other realtors would frequently use fear tactics about the housing market or the economy. There is a good chance I would have settled for a house that I would eventually regret buying, but Bernadette was knowledgeable and honest about every property we visited. I knew exactly what I was getting into with every house we toured. I could give her a list of 3-4 different houses at 3 in the afternoon, and we would be touring them in a few hours. In the end, I found a home in a great area, move in ready, saving me nearly $20,000 in sale price alone compared to houses I was looking at in the beginning of the process. And most likely saved additional thousands in future maintenance.
