We’ve worked with Mallory twice in the past three years. FIrst to buy our home and recently to sell it. She has been incredible every step of the way. Mallory is an amazing realtor and person! She is very knowledgeable and available when needed. She always explained things so we knew exactly what was happening and she was always on top of everything never letting anything slip through the tracks. She was patient with us never making us feel rushed to find the best home for us. I recommend her in all your home needs. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I live in NY and had to long distance sell her 84 year old aunt’s house in Texas when the family no longer has anyone living in Texas. This was a fairly big problem for us. Enter Neddy Daza. I told her from the start that we would rely on her local knowledge and know-how to prep and sell the house. She happened to be coming to NY a few days after we first contacted her so she met us for dinner. I could tell right away that she was a winner. And boy did she deliver! The house was basically in good shape but had many cosmetic problems. Neddy got right in there with a locksmith to change the keying, a landscaper to get the yard under control, a pressure washer for the exterior brick, carpet shampooer – oops too far gone for shampooing - really needs all new flooring – Neddy knows someone to do the work – then she’s at Lowes at 9pm picking up the flooring. Toilet problems? She knows a guy! Whole house interior painting even the doors – she’ll get a price – a good price. I said to her “Neddie – you pick the paint colors – Neddy – you pick the flooring – Neddy do what you would do if you were doing this for yourself“- a good agent knows what sells in their market – they live and breathe this stuff. After the contractors were done she filled the back of her car up with garden mulch and her and her husband filled all in around the shrubs. Final touch – a new welcome mat. The house sold in two days – all cash offer over asking price, closed a week later (Neddy had handled all the title stuff so it sailed right through even though the house was in a survivor’s trust – Neddie made all the problems just melt away). Neddie Daza is the best.

Becky is deeply knowledgeable and pays attention to detail and is extremely helpful. She answers all calls, if not she calls back in a timely fashion. Our new home is a new build, so she worked with us from March until closing on December1, 2021.Becky was a perfect coordinator between us and the builder
