Recently my sister and I had to sell our deceased mom's home. A family member recommended Ed as they were very happy with the experience they had with Ed selling their house. Ed and his team took what my sister and I thought would be a traumatic experience and made it an easy, smooth transaction. Within a day of listing Ed had a lot of scheduled viewings and three very good offers. Following Ed's advice we accepted a qualified offer from a wonderful person who let us know how much they loved our mom's house. Within three weeks of listing we closed and had the money in hand. That alone is impressive, but what impressed us most was the incredibly professional, respectful, knowledgeable and caring treatment we received from Ed and his team. We had questions and concerns that Ed answered and addressed in a very timely manner. Every phone call or email we made had an almost immediate response. Ed or Jessica reached out to us frequently to let us know what was going on and what to expect. Our mom's house sold very quickly. The whole transaction was a very positive experience. We would highly, highly recommend Ed and his team.

I would definitely recommend Ed Constable - best realtor - he and his team were very professional , friendly, extremely quick and had all the answers for me. I found my house and closed on it in less than 30 days! Best real estate experience I've had.

If your looking for a realtor that finally has your best interests in mind look no further. Ed constable is a machine that never stops no matter the time of day even as a family man he will absolutely earn your business time and time again. He never once left a phone call or a text without acknowledgment and pursuit my best interests. With such an aggressive market your a fool not to employ the best possible option for your biggest investment. Ed used his years of experience, honesty, and skill to ensure I got everything I wanted no matter how small the details. Ed plays hard ball with the big mortgage companies so your hard earned money doesn't go to waste. In conclusion if your looking for a professional realtor to help purchase your investment look no further because ed is already two steps ahead of the competition and always finds time for you. After experimenting with novice realtors I've finally found one I can count on for years and years to come. 11/10 recommend.
