I recently had the pleasure of working with Barbara Howe on a transaction for a buyer in Paris, and I can’t say enough about how dedicated and professional she was throughout the process. We faced a bit of a challenge with a low appraisal, and Barbara went above and beyond—advocating for her client, working closely with the listing broker and seller, and staying focused on solutions every step of the way. There were a lot of moving parts, but Barbara handled it all with grace, persistence, and care. She truly made sure everyone involved in the transaction felt heard, supported, and well taken care of. I highly recommend working with Barbara—she’s amazing and an absolute asset to any transaction.

Barbara has been amazing through this whole process. She has made it a breeze. She has been very informative and has kept me up to date through start to finish on purchasing my home. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me in things to look for when looking for a home! I would definitely recommend Barbara to my friends and family… and would use her services again in the future!

Barbara was a pleasure to work with and incredibly responsive to any question we asked and communication with the seller. Very informative, provided a very clear description of the overall process and resources (names of inspectors, etc.). Very pleasant demeanor and engaging. Again, a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her.

Barbara did an amazing job representing us while we purchased our home from out of state. To say she went above and beyond is a massive understatement. She proactively went to the township to get the survey on record, provide excellent feedback on next steps and vendors that I was engaging, she was on site several times for various inspections and walk throughs. She did a skype walk through after seller and cleaning crew vacated the home, to insure I found the conditions acceptable. I could go on and on... I am in the commercial real estate business and was completely impressed with how knowledgeable Barbara is, and how thorough a job she did. I highly recommend Barbara, you will be in good hands!

I'm so grateful that Barbara helped me in the purchase of my first home! There were many aspects of the home buying process that I knew absolutely nothing about. She helped explain things to me and answer all the questions I had, and I had a lot! I don't think it could have gone smoother. I highly recommend working with Barbara.
