After meeting with 3 separate realtors and having all of them come and walk through our property to give us a market analysis we decided to list our home with Anne. She was the most thorough when walking through our home and was able to identify aspects of our home we felt valued our house higher than other properties on the market where the others we met with mostly focused on bedroom and bathrooms numbers and sizes instead of being able to identify nuances in the construction materials and quality of our home. We were adamant about having professional photography done and I was happy with the photographer she brought in to do our home with well composed photos and none of the digital and wide angle lens trickery that is so common these days in listing. We ended up going under contact for well over our asking price and we able to close the deal without any major issues. Anne helped guide us through the sale of our home without pressuring us in any particular direction and overall I think all parties walked away happy with the transaction.

Anne is the best! I was chosen by my siblings to handle our brother Estate. Selling his house was just one of these tasks I needed to complete. The only Agent I will use. Anne is so easy to deal with, always gets back to you. I have purchases a house and land from Anne and consult her on other properties we might be interested in for expertise. Very organized and her negotiation skills are impressive.

I have known Anne since our school days, and told my wife that we should contact her after we decided to list our house. I should mention that we had listed our home a few years back w/ other agency's and had very poor results. Anne's first question to us was, "so where are we going"? My wife and I both looked stunned as we realized that if we sell our house, that we had no plans as to where we would go. She really got us thinking. From that point Anne took our hands and led us through the entire process. We found a home that we loved, and she helped us put our proposal together. She then hired a professional photographer that took amazing pictures of our 1850's home, along w/ drone videos. The morning that we sat in her office to send our proposal, she put our house live on the market. Within minutes her phone was ringing, and 6 hours later we had an offer, and the rest is history. We couldn't believe how quickly things went from there, and every time we would contact her with concerns and fear, she reassured us that everything was fine, and to just let her handle it. Any boy did she ever. We love our new forever home w/ our 2 Golden Retrievers, and couldn't be happier.
