As we began the process of finding land on a lake, we knew we needed an agent who specializes in this area. We reached out to several one night and Anne responded right away. We met with her several times regarding properties we were interested in. She immediately found areas of concern and was able to easily explain the waterfront building limitations. Once we found the right property, the process was simple. We’re excited for the next chapter and so thankful to Anne.

This is the third property I have worked with Anne on, and as always, it was great experience. Anne is one of the hardest working people in this business I know, and always goes the extra mile. Anne was attentive and helpful throughout the process, and she is a wealth of knowledge. Her genuine and straightforward approach, combined with her integrity and honesty made me feel very comfortable throughout all three of my purchases. Anne at Maine Real Estate Choice was exceptional to work with. From the start, she was transparent, extremely knowledgeable about the local market, and proactive in pointing out details and considerations I would not have known to look for on my own. We could not have had a better experience with Anne. We met Anne when we with purchased our land. She could not have been any more helpful. She walked us through that process and facilitated finding a builder to build our home. From the start, she walked by our sides from beginning to the completion of the house. All the way she provided valuable resources and ideas to help us create the home of our dreams. We could not have been more thankful for all of her help. She held all meeting in her office making it very convenient for us. She often served as a bridge between the builder and ourselves which was invaluable. Many people say what a headache purchasing and building a house can be. In our opinion, Anne provided us with an amazing experience and made it easy. We couldn't be more grateful.

Sarah is amazing to work with! She always replies super fast, no matter what time or day of the week it is. She is very informative and really knows what she doing and does an amazing job at it!! She helped us buy our first home and I have nothing but great things to say about her and the experience!
