The family-owned BBS Brokers Realty offered us a pleasurable and positive experience from listing our home to selling it. The sisters – Bahareh, Bita and Sara are professional and caring people. Their mom even did some sprucing-up to show the home. They answered all our phone calls and answered all our questions. They took the time to understand the history of the home including everything we did to enhance it. Bahareh knew the buyers and what they were looking for. Sold the very evening they saw it - the first day of the listing. If we ever return to the desert, we will go to them to help us.

This is my 4th transaction with Bahareh, Bita & Sara. They we’re extremely efficient at buying a house through a trust sale. Every homebuying and selling experience has been smooth. They are extremely friendly and easy to work with. We went through dozens of houses before ending up buying this house in La Quinta. There was no pressure when other houses didn’t work out and never forced it. BBS Brokers had our best interest and we're patient through the latest home search. I would recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling a home!
