BBS Brokers was so helpful in the process of purchasing mine and my husband’s first home - from the initial search up through the closing day jitters, they were the perfect balance of informative and personable along the way. From fast responses to detailed responses that provided insight and education, they provided us with the information we needed but were equally happy to let us drive the relationship to suit our needs. The other highlights were the recommendations of vendors (i.e. inspector) - the annoying nitty gritty details were easily handled and nothing ever felt like a surprise.

My wife and I moved from California to Pennsylvania in December of 2024. Bahareh, Bita, and Sara (BBS Brokers) did a truly wonderful job of supporting us in our quest to purchase a new home. Having only purchased one home prior to this through a builder some 26 years ago, we were essentially newbies to the whole home buying process. Bahareh and her sisters got us through the whole process painlessly and expeditiously -- with us ending up with exactly the type of home we were looking for within the rough price range we were seeking. They were truly a pleasure to work with.

Bahareh, Bita and Sara are an amazing team! We were referred to them by good friends who had purchased a fantastic house during COVID. We started the process with a call as we live in Los Angeles. Bahareh was professional and very knowledgeable of the different desert areas. We narrowed down our search and Bahareh and the team set up several viewings over the span of a few weekends. Bita. Sara and Bahareh packed snacks, cold drink and sandwiches each time which was such a nice touch as also it was super hot those days! They helped us to navigate so many different areas, old vs. new construction, gated / non-gated community, etc. We are VERY pleased with our purchase! They were there with us helping for the entire closing process. It was a far better experience having them there! I would use them again and would highly recommend this team of sisters!!
