Azza is a fantastic Agent. We moved to the Utica area from out of state in June 2014. We relied on Azza to guide us to areas that would be comfortable for us within the parameters that we gave her. We found Azza to be both a perceptive and responsive agent. She listened to us, and provided us with several options that met our financial and desired needs. After choosing a home, she "went to bat" for us in the negotiation process. She handled all of our issues, whether large or small, as a professional. Even after the papers were signed, Azza was available to us at any time to answer any question. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in this area.

We bought our home in the spring of 2014. Azza was the absolute best in helping with every aspect of finding the right home. Of equal importance she was right there helping with the details from the start when we did not know a thing about buying the house all the way to the closing. Could not find a better agent. She knows her business and has great people skills. I highly recommend Azza to anyone.

I called on Azza when I was getting ready to sell my house. Her knowledge and recommendations of improving the value of my house, advertising, and communicating to other realtors, made for a very quick and easy sale. She was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the financial and legal end of buying and selling a house. I also worked with Azza for the purchase of my new home. She was extremely patient, honest and willing to do anything she could to accommodate me. I will continue to recommend Azza to friends and family.
