Autumn is the best! After interviewing numerous agents, I selected her based on her expertise, professionalism and market knowledge. She did not let me down. Within a couple of days of going on the market I received multiple offers at full asking price. The sale closed in about 30 days with no complications or drama. I highly recommend Autumn.

With Autumn's experience and expertise I followed her instructions and guidance to a the letter and we sold my house in less then 48 hours of it going on the market. Autumn was with me every step of the way from preparing the house to sell all the way past closing. I highly recommend Autumn as your Agent. She's professional, kind, outgoing, and knows her real estate! Again, with her guidance we sold within 48 hours!

Autumn is a dream to work with! She is so personable, detail oriented, and organized. She worked around the clock for us to get us in to see every house on our list quickly and efficiently. The market has been crazy and she made a potentially nerve wracking situation easy and stress free! As first time home buyers we knew virtually nothing about the process or what to do when. Autumn guided us through every step of the process and was always available for questions. We were moving from out of state so we relied on her for just about everything. Her recommendations for local lenders, warranty, insurance etc were stellar! When it came time to put in an offer she worked through the night and closely with the sellers to make sure we got everything on our list and more. I truly cannot recommend working with this wonderful person enough. We can’t wait to have her over for a celebratory party!!
