We were very fortunate to have found Michelle as our realtor. Michelle has been our relator for both buying and selling and made the process as painless as possible in both settings. She is knowledgeable, upfront, and never left us wondering about what was happening or where we are in the process. Audra and her entire team are amazing! During both our sale and our purchase, Audra's team supported my family, looked out and advocated for only the best for us, and informed us along the way as to anything that needed attention, including making sure our builder followed up on the home inspection items that were pointed out, keeping in contact with all the involved parties and staying on top of everything as we went through the process. They were on it at all times and we felt so confident that our realtors knew what was going on and had it covered! I had a great experience working with Audra Heller & associates. My agent Ronald Brown, is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable on what to look for when touring homes. When he says he works for his clients he really does. He goes all out. He works hard to get you what you want. He's not pushy and very patient. He listens to your wants and needs in a home.
