Our experience with Ashley Hedden as the buyer’s agent was very unprofessional. She spoke to us in a disrespectful and condescending manner from the start, even making the inappropriate comment, “thank you for controlling your husband,” after he rightfully called out her behavior. She showed no empathy and created unnecessary conflict during the process. Her buyers even apologized to us after the fact, recognizing that her behavior was rude and uncalled for. Ultimately, we were able to come to a fair solution, but that was thanks to her buyer, who was reasonable and understanding that this was our first time selling a house, not due to her efforts. This experience has made our first-time selling experience extremely stressful and frustrating. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion resulted in tears, stress, and confrontation caused by Ashley Hedden. Based on our experience, we would not recommend her.

Ashley did a great job, very professional and effective; she was so easy to work with. The whole experience was smooth with no issues. Ashley got our house sold quickly. Highly recommend

Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She’s very good at ensuring she does weekly check ins to keep sellers updated on the progress. Open house was completed 3 different occasions with her being present for 2 of them. She was able to show me an easier way to understand the pricing of my home. We were able to compare to other homes in the area for sale

Ashley did a great job from start to finish when helping myself and my 3 siblings sell a piece of property. We are all located in 4 different cities/states which required additional coordination by Ashley. Communication was very good, always timely, and consistent! She was an excellent liaison between the buyers, lawyers, and us sellers. Everything went smoothly and was handled successfully even they everyone was in different locales remotely with her assistance.

Ashley was great to work with. We are from out of state and was looking for a house in Opelika. She did so much for us long distance and when we came in town, she spent the whole day with us and half of her Sunday too. She helped us find the best house with the best offer to secure it. She has also helped when we needed someone at the house for inspections, quotes, etc. She is truly a wonderful real estate agent but also a wonderful person!
