April Miller is the utmost professional! She was patient and thoroughly explained the sales, marketing, and closing process. She communicated with us every step of the way and kept us abreast of all appointments, surveys, and closing processes. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. We sold a home and bought a home with April at the same time. We are 100% satisfied!

As a person who over communicates I found myself apologizing for reaching out so frequently to April. Over the course of the transaction which was odd and outside of normal day to day purchases I feel like we both learned a lot. April was very responsive and attentive to all our concerns. She excels at responding promptly and professionally. We were very lucky to have her helping us through the trials and tribulations of this whole ordeal.

April was perfect. She was quick in meeting us to view the property and very clear on next steps. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. We knew what was happening every step of the way. It was truly a seamless transaction. Zero stress, April took care of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and already told her if/when we sell our primary residence she will be who I want to handle it.

We have worked with April in the past and had a wonderful experience! So when it came time to purchase our new home, we knew we had to work with April again! She is extremely prompt and on top of everything. When buying/selling a home, there are a lot of moving pieces involving multiple parties and April is a champ at managing the transaction and acting as a liaison during the transaction! Working with her is like working with family and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell (we've used her for both transactions) their home!

April has such an amazing way of being professional and being personable at the same time. She genuinely cared about the desires we had for purchasing a home and paid close attention to detail when it came to the house itself and all of the paperwork that followed. Her commitment, compassion, and timely communication gave us peace of mind during such a stressful process. April is knowledgeable, resourceful, and connected which meant when we had question, we got an answer. We've worked with April before (always an amazing experience) but this time we worked with her from 850 miles away, communicating solely by phone and the virtual world. She managed to still make us feel the same as we always have; cared for and committed to. She's thorough and understanding. Her heart is fully in it for the best interest of her clients and their future. April Miller is a phenomenal realtor and woman. There just aren't enough words to describe how positive our experience has been!
