Anna always "had our back" throughout the process of selling our house. From the first meeting and signing to the escrow closing she was present and attentive to our concerns. I never realized how much the Real estate agent has to go through. Now I understand why so much commission is charged, the time and effort that occasionally happens (actually because of a death in the family covid delayed the sale) it was definitely earned.

First Anna prepared a Market Analysis which showed similar home models recently sold and their asking price and final selling price. Also a list of similar homes currently for sale and their asking price, This was a big help in establishing my listing price. After the house inspection there was a few items which required capable people for the type of repair. I live about 50 miles from the house I was selling and did not know the people in the area that I could contact. Anna knew the people to get and she contacted them. Anna met the repair person if needed ad followed up on their repair. This was a great help to me, and saved me from several 100 mile trips.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Took care of any and all details without my needing to ask. All this done during the pandemic. Went over all the necessary documents to be signed line by line on the phone with me.
