Elizabeth is truly exceptional. I absolutely recommended her for any real estate needs. I had a complex, stressful situation with my probate property and title and code issues. The way she guided me through the process with her experience, depth of knowledge and professional yet approachable demeanor set my mind at ease. I live 80 miles from the property, and she immediately took care of any upkeep and repair items with trusted local vendors she works with often. It feels like a huge boulder has been removed from my shoulders and it's because of Elizabeth Miffleton with TRUST Properties USA. She has been an Angel from the first phone call. I thank God for her. I got a good vibe from the beginning. I live in Texas and the property is in California. I felt like she took this property on as her own. I was aware and informed every step of the way. It didn't matter the time difference, the many issues that arose, She handled them like THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS CHAMPS. I highly recommend Elizabeth Middleton with Trust Properties. She was a pleasure to work with during this difficult time. She was responsive, patient and worked really hard to sell my father's property. She was knowledgeable, responsive and familiar with the neighborhood. I was very happy with the sale!
