Elizabeth Miffleton is an all-star realtor and true expert. My sister and I relied heavily on her knowledge, skills and unwavering commitment to sell a unique 75+ acre property in a remote location. Throughout our Probate adventure, her professionalism and fearlessness gave us the confidence we needed and helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel. She knows her stuff and was always quick to communicate. The option to defer payment for repairs, cleaning, and other expenses was a life-saver for us. Trust Properties paid the invoices upfront and then all expenses were subtracted from the sale proceeds. When we told our probate attorney we were working with Elizabeth Miffleton, he said he’d heard great things about her work. From our first meeting, Elizabeth was always happy to answer questions and provide helpful information. Elizabeth helped my mother and myself sell off a property my father used as a section 8 rental and also housed his workshop (for over 40 years). Without my father around to guide us, we put our trust into Elizabeth and she did not let us down one bit! She was amazing through the entire process. Multiple offers and sold within 1 month.
