As a first time homebuyer I was looking for a real estate agent who is helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Billy fit the bill perfectly. He was 100% invested in our home purchase process from the first day we started working with him until closing day. I really appreciated his honesty, positivity and willing to take time to make sure that we understood each step in the process. He was a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate who goes above and beyond for his clients.

Donna did an outstanding job in selling our property. She did weekly open house and reached out to other agents who had potential clients who could be interested in similar homes. She is an expert negotiator and always advised us well. She was very prompt in answering our phone calls and steered us in the right direction. My wife and I highly recommend her for any one who is looking for real estate agent as she is one of the best out there.

Angela Jaquez was outstanding in helping us find our new home. From the outset, she understood our price point and our desires in terms of the type of home we wanted. We found our home on only the second day in the field with Angela because she identified homes which matched our desires. No time was wasted. She advised us on how to structure our final bid to succeed against other bidders. She connected us with a lender who was incredibly supportive through the process. She has connected us with multiple vendors, all of whom have served us well. Angela is personable, engaging, knowledgeable, and the consummate professional. She has made us feel extremely welcome in our new community. We could not recommend her more highly.

It has been a pleasure working with, Billy Davidson, from the very first day my wife and I had the good fortune of having him as our real estate agent. From the outset, he was there for us, guiding us throughout the entire process—from the initial negotiations to buy our home, all the way to today when escrow closed and the transaction was recorded. At no point during this process did we feel alone; you consistently counseled us, ensuring everything was in order and that we received everything possible from the seller, which we truly appreciated. Billy was quick to respnd to any of the e-mail and texts we exhanged and believe me there were many over the course of the purchase of our new home. I cannot give Billy 10 stars since there is no option to do so. If I could I would happily gve him 10 and I would not hesitate speaking to anyone and singing his praises when called upon. . Mel is a fantastic real estate agent. She works tirelessly for her clients both before and after the sale. She both found me my dream home AND helped negotiate it to a price that I was comfortable with. Other agents may tell you that they work for you, but Mel truly does. There are no suprises or bs with her, and she isn’t trying to make a quick buck off you. Mel will not rest until you are happy. She is a pleasure to work with and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent.
