Anibal never once has over-promised, over 5 years and the purchase of 3 homes (1 in Sarasota). He and Estrella know the housing market. They meet the delays and backs-and-forths that are a normal part of home-buying and selling with gracious support and gentle persistence. Anibal and his team have got to be the best of the best! Their attention to detail, passion, and hearts found my fiancé and I the perfect home. Given the situation with the current housing market and being first time home buyers they made this process outrageously easy and smooth. They answered every question and made sure we knew what every step meant. Their communication is nothing like I have ever seen before. We have dealt with other realtors who rarely kept us updated or even answered our phone calls so Anibal and his team were God sent. They treated us like family and worked endlessly for us. You can truly tell they love what they do. Would highly highly highly recommend!!
