We've been working with Alex for a while now. Both as a property manager and as a real estate agent. Most recently, he helped us purchase an investment property in Raleigh. He was knowledgeable about market conditions and recommended us a profitable price range. He set up a search for us and was very patient with us until we found a property that we liked. Incidentally, he was on vacation those days. Still, he responded quickly, got us pictures and videos of the propery and made sure we did all paperwork in time for the purchase. I'd highly recommend him especially if you are buying from out of state.
