My husband and I were first time home buyers so we were nervous at first. Also, wanted someone we connected with that wasnt too pushy to sell to us, because we weren't in a rush. Juan did just that! He was amazing!! Anytime we needed questions involving the house, negotiating, or just to clarify, he would answer within a couple hours. What stood out to my husband and I was he was a GENUINE realtor and we never felt lied to.

Paul truly went above and beyond, and with a great attitude, to ensure we found the perfect house for our family. He was patient, a prompt communicator, and a true professional who always had our backs throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions. We worked him hard, and he never complained. When looking at houses, he'd diligently inspect them for flaws as though he was the potential buyer of the home. He was flexible and open to changes in direction. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we landed our dream home at a great price. Paul was humble and would let us know when he asked his associates for advice when he felt unsure about something. We can't recommend him highly enough! If you're looking for a top-notch agent who genuinely cares about his clients, look no further. He was such a joy to associate with! We will truly miss working with him!

As first-time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Katie. I was in a situation where I wanted to move pretty quickly, I called a few realtors on a Saturday thinking each one would try to set up an appointment for the following Monday and most did, but Jordan was the first person to actually want to have a conversation the day of and genuinely wanted to help me on my search for a home. She could of opted to schedule a meeting for the following Monday (and I would of been more than okay with that), but the fact that she took the time over a weekend to call and text to get to know me better as a client really went a long way for me. Throughout the whole process Jordan has been great to work with and provided me with all the info and resources I needed for my first home. I would gladly recommend her to anyone that I know who is in search of a home in Raleigh.

I chose Amber because of her great reviews. I am glad that I did. Amber (Angie) was helpful from day 1. The whole process was smooth and very well planned . She also had great contacts for work needed on the house. She was always promptly available by phone or text.
