Moving from Chicago to Raleigh could’ve been stressful, but working with Jordan made it an absolute joy. Jordan Powell was a valuable asset for us as we negotiated a first-time homebuyer home for our son. She had great insight into the market for that neighborhood and guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. With her help, we were able to secure a much lower price on the townhouse. Jordan also went above and beyond by negotiating with the builder to include blinds and appliances. When there was an unexpected challenge with the townhouse not being cleaned properly before closing, she immediately advocated for the builder to send another cleaner. She was always quick to respond, proactive with updates, and made us feel supported every step of the way. Her kindness, deep market knowledge, and attention to detail made the whole process far less stressful. She even came to the closing to make sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have been happier with her service and will absolutely work with her again in the future. We had a great experience with Jordan! She made the buying process seamless and stress free every step of the way. She answered our many questions (even if they were outside the scope of her responsibility, she would find the right person to help us), guided us through negotiations, and always put our interests first. She was very communicative and was willing to work around our work schedules/after her normal work hours when needed. We highly recommend working with her!
