Caroline is an unethical realtor who acted irresponsibily. I met her at an open house and she got my number from their info sheet. I did not appoint her as my agent or signed any contract. She kept hounding me when I was out of the country and I did not ask her to call me. Furthermore, she then gave out my number without my consent to local lenders. The lenders called me while I was on my honeymoon. When I asked her to stop giving out my number she send me a snarky reply. I have the screenshot of her reply. She does not respect people's privacy, and from my experience of interacting with her, she is not honest and ethical.

Jaime was everything we needed as an agent to sell my mom's house and more! Upon meeting her I felt that she was perfect for the job at hand and I trusted her recommendations on how to prepare the house for sale. Her communication and response time with me during every step of the preparation and sale was incredible. She provided expertise, knowledge and compassion and went above and beyond when we had an issue with my mother's legal documents doing so with a positive and "can do!" attitude. Jaime really set us up for success for the sale of the house and I recommend her highly!

Jaime is great! Jamie brings so much knowledge and expertise to the home buying experience - we relied on her heavily when making offers, negotiating price, dealing with inspections and much more. We are so happy in our new home, and we couldn’t have gotten here without her!!

Matthew did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home! He was very involved in all aspects of the closing. He was friendly, consultative, and responsive. My husband and I had a very unique situation because we were assuming a friend’s VA loan. This was a new experience for everyone involved, and Matthew handled everything very professionally. As a first time home buyer, he met us where we were at and made himself available whenever we needed. Even after the closing he has been a valuable resource that I can turn to whenever I have house related questions. I would recommend anyone I know to work with Matthew!

We did not have the best experience selling our house with another real estate company/agent. We were referred to Jaime at SURE sales group and she helped us with buying our home in Anne Arundel County. She was patient with us - didn’t rush or push. Communication is definitely a strength of hers. She is very responsive, honest and transparent. I would happily recommend her to anyone!
