Andrew and Lacy did a wonderful job of selling my house fast. Three months from listing to closing. My house had been on the market for one year with a different realtor and had not sold. Andrew and his team run an honest outfit with a straightforward and matter of fact way of conducting business. Very efficient and professional in all aspects there were no “surprises” or needless interactions. Andrew and Kathy demonstrated a lot of patience with us as we took months to ready our affairs in order to list our properties. Andrew rapidly sold two properties for us. Both were under contract within and closed within three weeks of actual listing. We have and will continue to recommend him; without hesitation, we will use him again.
