Andrew worked quickly for us during our first home-buying experience. He was able to put in an offer quickly at the end of the week which helped our chances with securing our home. He knows the area, the comps, and helped connect us to local businesses to finalize everything. Our property was bank-owned so he was able to help us navigate through a non-traditional sale.

Excellent experience working with Andy! Leaned on him heavily as we purchased long distance for an Alaska-to-Florida move. So accommodating for my one and only quick in-person visit and wonderful follow through after the sale knowing we had a delayed occupancy. 5 stars!

Andy and his team didn't sell us a house, they sold us our HOME! They listen to what you're saying; They didn't waste our time when showing us houses that we wouldn't want, they had listened to us and did their homework ahead of time. After we moved in and settled they are still there to help answer any questions from service companies (lawn, pool, pest control service etc.) to a great place to eat.
