Andrea’s expertise and professionalism is beyond reproach. But beyond that she helped us on all aspects of the sale. She organized trades for estate clean-outs, cleaning crews, and contractors who made the house presentable. The final sale price was well beyond what we expected due to how she presented the house and her expert negotiation skills. Andrea is our real estate broker for life.

Carolyn and Andrea were extremely professional but were also personable as well. The condo sold within 2 weeks of being listed because it was priced and marketed correctly. The entire process was stress free. The communication and follow up was excellent. Carolyn even drove me to the closing. I would highly recommend this team.
