Andrea was referred to us by friends who have bought and sold houses with her assistance. She's professional, delightful and knows the valley inside and out. Sue and I feel in love with our lot in Victor ID and bought it on a whim. With Andrea's help, our spontaneous purchase felt like it was the right thing to do all the way through from offer to closing. The best part is we know we can go to Andrea for referrals and help when we build based on her knowledge and experience in the Victor/Jackson communities. We'd use Andrea and Compass RE again. Andrea was immensely helpful when we went to look for a home in Teton County. She is enormously knowledgeable about the local market and she helped me through countless small questions along the way (like how to see the flood plain, and how to select a good home inspector). Can't recommend enough!

With Andrea, it was one and done. I fell in love with the very first house she picked for me; she aptly advised me in making an offer; and our offer was the one accepted even with a multiple offer situation. She was there every step of the way. Plus, she fun, smart, save and sweet.
