Andrea is a real professional, top to bottom. She not only knows the local market (with the sales figures to prove it), but she is a process expert, starting with some free advice at the beginning on how to negotiate with tenants for an amicable move-out. She then took confident control of the sale process, from construction sourcing and management, to staging and photography, to open house day with nearly 10 buyers' agents. She knew exactly how to price the property, and we received an offer within 24 hours of open house for $50k over list. Her team is cracker-jack, too. She has a whole machine working for you behind the scenes. Did I mention her fees and staging reimbursement are ultra competitive, the best I found after interviewing 5 agents? Andrea and her team did a fantastic job with my home sale. I currently live overseas, and they seamlessly coordinated with a number of different service providers, some suggested by her and some that I requested, to complete all inspections, repairs, upgrades, and beautification prior to the sale. I was initially looking for a realtor when sale prices were dropping and was shocked at the sale price range most realtors I met with were suggesting, as it was much lower than what I thought my house was worth. Andrea suggested a price much higher than other realtors, which was more in line with my expectations, and said "anyone can sell a house for cheap," confident that her team could get me a high price despite the downturn in the market. She was right! My house sold for far over the asking price, in very large part due to her team's work and effort in making the house look beautiful and doing great marketing. I couldn't be happier with the result.
