It was a pleasure to work with Deni. She sold my daughter’s house in 4 days. This house is about 1.5 hrs from where I live and Deni. The comparable properties that are for sale in that area are sitting for 45 days. I was preparing myself to make a couple mortgage payments on an empty property. My wife, daughter and I appreciate Deni and will definitely be reaching out in the future.

Deni was spectacular in every regard. We looked for a home in the Baypoint/Pittsburg/Antioch area, she gave us insider tips and showed us areas to be wary about. She recommended a plethora of homes that were all fantastic choices, and helped us tour them on a schedule that worked for us. Deni never took longer than a few minutes to respond to any inquiry we had, and was quick to find out answers for us on the rare occasions she didn't know the answer of the top of her head. Once we landed on a place we wanted to buy, she was able to maximize our sellers credits as well as negotiate down almost 10K below the asking price. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for homes anywhere from Concord to Oakley and beyond!
