Monica helped me so much with the purchase of my new home! She kept all the dates and documents organized so I didn’t have to stress. She answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and kept me on track. I wanted to offer to buy some of the sellers stuff and she helped with that too! I have recommended her to others!

When I sold my house, I met with a couple realtors. Monica stood above the rest by showing up well prepared with comps, contracts, a game plan and most importantly, answers to my questions. During the selling process she was diligent in finding solutions to the minor issues I had, but was also patient and respectful of my time. She was helpful in coordinating meetings and had excellent communication throughout the process. Now that I'm a buyer, she's been equally as helpful. At this point, I see her not only as my agent but a friend who's looking out for us.

From the very beginning, we had a connection with Monica. She looked out for our best interest and was very protective of us. She worked hard to help us a find a home we loved. She pointed out stuff to us to consider. She would be up late with us going over disclosures and felt like she works 24/7. She never made us feel pressured into putting in offers despite looking at many potential homes. We didn't think we'd end up with our home because the listing price was more than what we wanted to spend. But Monica didn't discourage us from still putting in an offer and negotiated to get us a good deal. We love our new home and are so grateful to have worked with Monica.
