Amanda Reaves has been in the real estate industry since 2007. A background in marketing and engineering fields combined with her love and compassion for helping people makes her ability to connect and understand the needs of Sellers, especially in a challenging market. A top producer for Coldwell Banker Realty since she was licensed in 2019, Amanda earned several accolades including Rookie of the Year in 2020 and Sterling and Diamond status in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Her motto is simple. “It’s not about me, it’s about what I can do for you” and that is what she does Amanda is the mother of 4 boys, one of which is an Airman stationed in England. She moved to the Emerald Coast in 2007 with her family.
