When we needed a relator I prayed and God sent Cindy. Have worked with Cindy on more than one transaction. When we sold and when we bought. She listened and cared. Very knowledgeable. If she didn't have and answer, she called around or did the research and got the answer. She will go to bat for you. Our purchase was very trying but Cindy didn't give up and helped us stay the course. She wants your dreams to become reality. Cindy is not only our relator, she is a friend. She puts in the hours to get the job done. She knows her job and she does it well.

Theresa was our realtor when we sold out home and let me tell you - she was amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable and honest. She communicated with us frequently and never left us hanging. She was excellent, everything I could of asked for in a relator. We had issues along the way, (none of which were because of here) just part of selling a home but she was there for us and helped us to make sure it was a smooth as she could make it. When I tell you that you won't regret going with Theresa whether you are buying or selling I fully mean it. I have first hand dealt with other relators prior and I've honestly never worked with one like Theresa. You don't feel like just a number, she makes you feel as if she is going through the experience with you and cares just as much about it. I personally would never go with another relator besides Theresa if we had to sell or purchase a home again. The process from here side was amazing and I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and stressful nights that we had along the way.
