Amy did an excellent job with keeping us safe within the negotiation and contingency process. We were buying and selling at the same time, and it was a very worrisome process but Amy assured us and helped keep our nerves settled! She was excellent, very knowledgeable and kept what we wanted in mind and within our price range. Lucky to have had a realtor as caring as her!

Amy worked absolute miracles for my family and I! Not only with selling our home but finding our dream home! It didn’t matter what time of the day she was always there to answer our questions and get us scheduled to view the homes we loved. I have recommended Amy to all of my family members that are also selling or buying and we can’t say enough good things!

Amy was the purchasers agent. I would never recommend her. She was rude, did not respond to contract timeline requests. We had to sign multiple addendums to the contract due to her non response. We came very close to losing the home we were purchasing due to her lack of consideration and lack of response from her/and or her buyers. The whole process was a complete nightmare. Wish I could leave negative stars, she doesn't deserve even 1 star. Wish we would have went with another agent/offer to purchase our home.

Jason is truly the best! We were first time homebuyers with little to no knowledge how the whole process worked, and Jason was there for us the whole process. He gave us great advice and was always quick in responding to us when we had questions. It didn’t matter where the house was we wanted to look at he booked us viewing appointments and was on time to each of the viewings. He has a good group of people that he works with that are also equally as good as him! He helped us find a forever home and kept us updated on the process through the whole thing. He made us feel comfortable about buying a house as we were very nervous starting a process we knew nothing about. We are very thankful and grateful to have him as our realtor and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!
