We are repeat clients with Amanda. This was our third transaction, first sale. We go back to Amanda because she listens to us and her diligence makes the process easier. With this being our first sale, we also appreciated Amanda’s creative side. The video she made highlighting our property was simply wonderful. In fact, right after the video the next person who toured the house gave us a great offer. Amanda and her sister managed all the details through closing, keeping us informed along the way. Amanda has never let us down and will always be our realtor when needed.

Amanda was on time meeting with us for the first time. She did a walk through with us and let us know what steps would be taking place next. Amanda was very knowledgeable and very kind to work with. She always kept us informed of applicants

Amanda was unbelievable in helping us buy our home in Winchester. She worked extremely hard to find what we were looking for and she paid attention to every detail that we discussed when we were visiting different homes to help us hone in on the home that we bought. And we love our new beautiful house! She was also an unbelievable resource in guiding through the home visits to point out things that I would have never noticed....and I come from a family of general contractors. She was way too patient with us as well, and respected our time by lining up home visits in an extremely efficient manner, so we were able to knock out multiple house visits in a few hours. And she patiently, let us do this on several different days too. Amanda and the escrow attorney worked feverishly at the end to make sure that our loan company (who screwed up everything) finally got all the documents to the table for signature. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her expert experience. And she has knowledge and expertise far beyond what I expected! Lastly, she is just an angel of a person and a delight to work with. I can't give her a higher recommendation!
