Amanda is the best! She is so knowledgeable, responsive and she gives great advice! She has helped us navigate challenges with buyers not getting financing approval near the closing date. We have done with several deals with her for investment properties and we are grateful we found her!

Amanda was an incredible asset during the sale of our log cabin. She made sure every aspect of our marketing was perfect, and was able to get us under contract in two days when we sat on the market with zero offers for 5 months immediately before that with another agent. I cannot recommend her enough! She is the best at what she does!

We just closed on our second home with Amanda and once again she proved exactly why we came back to her. This time around, the closing process was anything but smooth—between unresponsive sellers and some tough negotiations, it could have easily turned into a nightmare. But Amanda handled every hurdle with confidence. She got answers when no one else could and fought for us every step of the way. When we wanted to see a house, she made it happen immediately, which was crucial in a market where homes are getting multiple offers same day on the market. We always felt like a priority. If you want someone who will advocate for you, respond quickly, and truly go to bat on your behalf, Amanda is that person. We’re so grateful for her and won’t hesitate to work with her again in the future.

We are repeat clients with Amanda. This was our third transaction, first sale. We go back to Amanda because she listens to us and her diligence makes the process easier. With this being our first sale, we also appreciated Amanda’s creative side. The video she made highlighting our property was simply wonderful. In fact, right after the video the next person who toured the house gave us a great offer. Amanda and her sister managed all the details through closing, keeping us informed along the way.
