I cannot recommend Amanda, and actually would suggest others to look elsewhere when looking for representation. We worked with her to sell one of our properties in Virginia. Among other major issues, she allowed for a buyers inspection to be scheduled/approved after the inspection contingency had expired, without any extension in place. If you are a seller and would like someone that protects you based on the sales contract, this was not our experience.

Amanda is the most amazing realtor that you could ever have. She will work harder for you than any other realtor out there we have used her for buying and selling. she is extremely knowledgeable of our area, the procedures, and her negotiating skills are far beyond any others that we have tried to use another state. She has set the bar so high as a realtor that none other can even come close to her professionalism and knowledge.

Amanda did an amazing job selling our house. Her videos are a must see...she's easy to work with and kept in touch with us the whole time. She has a very positive attitude and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend her.

Amanda did an outstanding job helping us navigate the sale of our home. She was knowledgeable of the locale climate in our area new how many houses that were up for sale an how many under contract. Also very helpful in finding professionals to do miner repair and inspection. All in all was an outstanding experience.
