She was very involved in all the aspects of closing, friendly, responsive, and always gave great advice and recommendations.

Katelyn made the difficult decision to sell and the whole selling process much easier. She answered all my questions. When emailing or texting she was prompt with her replies. When ever the time comes again to buy or sell I will be contacting Katelyn again.

Michelle Patterson is amazing! When we first started talking to her, we were still in another state, so she set up a site with listings that fit our criteria and went out to look at houses that we were interested in, measured bedrooms when I had questions so that we could dial in what was worth seeing when we made the trip there, guided us through a lot of the purchasing process and gave helpful advice based on the area, and is driving out to a utility company to submit all the paperwork to get the utilities transferred to us. She has really gone above and beyond. We highly, highly recommend her. She really made the process so easy - even when we had to do so much remotely due to lack of ability to travel. The past month could have been so overwhelming and she took a lot off our plate.

Donna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. This was my first time buying and Donna was very insightful about the area we were looking. Her help navigating through the searching and buying process was exceptional and made it so much more fun and easy than everyone said it would be.
