This is our 2nd time working with Alma due to the great experience we had when purchasing our first home. We had the pleasure of working with Alma this time a round to both sell our home and purchase a new one, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Our journey came with quite a few bumps in the road—unexpected delays, negotiations, and a few moments of real uncertainty—but Alma was right there with us every step of the way. She stayed calm, professional, and incredibly patient through it all. What stood out most was her unwavering commitment to making sure we were informed, comfortable, and ultimately successful in both selling and buying. Her communication was always timely, clear, and reassuring—even when things got stressful. I had the pleasure of working with Alma for my first time home buying experience. Alma was the perfect person for the Job. My case was special since I was investing into this house with a friend. We had specific requirements in our future home to accommodate our lives. After many tours, researching the markets and offers that fell through, we finally found our perfect home. The Escrow process went as smooth as possible with Alma in the driver seat. She lead us through our home inspection and explained all the documents we had to review and go over. I felt very comfortable asking any question I needed more knowledge in to help make the right decision and Alma was always prepared to help. Amazing , Alma is talented and persistent throughout the whole process, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She is aggressive and understands how to negotiate and get the best price for our home. She's also respectful and ensured that not only my first time buying a home was smooth, but ensure I get the best deal for being utilizing my VA home loan.
