Allen Smith

I am a multi generation, native born Floridian. I have served our community and the visitors to Florida since 1995 as a career Fireman and Paramedic and was recently honored as "Hero of The Year for 2020". I have forged my love for the sea and fishing into an amazing legacy of travel and IGFA world records. For many years I fished as crew on the "Spirit of Pilar", which is responsible for more than 108 International Game Fish Association World records. My travels have allowed me to compile an extensive list of business contacts, close friends and family from various destinations worldwide; Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Bermuda, Azores, Trinidad, Bahamas, Brazil and Australia to name a few. I am a member of the International Association of Firefighters, the Florida Cattleman's Association and of course The National Association of Realtors. I take great pride in forming relationships as the priority, over transactions. I have made a life long career of helping people in need, which lends itself to a logical transition into helping people find their Florida Dream Home. Education and knowledge are the keys to excellence, I have obtained various designations and certifications in Real Estate including but not limited to Seller Representative Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Certified International Property Specialist, National Association of Realtors C2EX and Graduate Realtor Institute.
