Let me tell you about Alison- she has been this outstanding source of joy and kind commitment, not once but twice in our lives! During the purchase of our amazing home when we upgraded in 2016, and then helped us sell our first home right afterwards, to now, with our pending home buying experience. If you want someone who will help you do it all, or just follow your lead for what you are wanting, this is THE agent to use. She has fantastic connections as well, and if she cannot be there for something with you, she WILL get someone just as dedicated to help you see the homes that you need to, in your time frame. We’re going to trust her to help sell our current home next as we transition into a new place. That repeat level of commitment is hard won, and makes us loyal devoted name dropping people when our friends ask who to use..We always say Alison Koopman!

Alison is the sweetest most caring realtor ever, she is very helpful and knowledgeable about what she does I will always recommend her. She always answered my questions seriously no matter how silly I thought they were. She’s very professional but also very personable.

Alison was originally our buying agent in 2016. We were so blown away by her that we called on her again when it was time to sell in 2022. She’s very knowledgeable about VA loans which is what we had and so did our buyer as well. Responsiveness was out of this world!! I don’t think my own mother responds as quickly and thoroughly as Alison! That was something my husband and I kept saying. She is always there ready to answer any and all questions. Icing on the cake is she’s SO NICE!! Just the sweetest! But she isn’t afraid to negotiate of course. ;)
