This was my first time selling a house and she was absolutely amazing. There were a few unexpected issues and before she even called she had referrals, quotes and solutions already lined up. She always kept me informed and answered many questions. Her advice was always spot on. She knows EVERYTHING about a wide range of topics. I was able to close within 3 months of listing. I can’t stress enough how exceptional she is at problem solving. I had already moved out of state and she made the distance easy to manage.
