Chelsea was a pleasurt to work with. We were from another state which required communication by phone and texts. She was alway there when needed. In a matter of just a few days she found the right place for us in a nice town. We were impressed with her straightforward style and business like manner. She was not only concerned with the estetics of properties, but also with the fundamentals of construction and condition of ammentities. Chelsea gave us valuable advice on a nunber of issues and was there with us through the end of the transaction. We would not hesistate to work with her again, or to reccomend her to potential buyers or sellers. She is a 'get-it-done' kind of person and totally trustworthy. We were entirely confident in her abilities and she proved herself well. We greatly appreciated her committment before, during and after the sale.

Chelsea was always available, communicated information back in a timely manner, and very encouraging when we need a "pick me up" from the roller coaster process that comes with buying a new house. Thankful!

Chelsea is awesome. She was a joy to work with. I asked her to help me on very short notice and she was more than willing. She is very knowledgeable about the Casper area and was a wealth of info. She helped me get a property that I'm very happy with and I'm glad I was able to work with her.
