We began working with Albon when he was recommended by the Dave Ramsey website when we first began looking at moving to Wyoming. Albon met with us for an hour or so telling us about the Casper area when we visited the area and kept in touch. When we finally decided on relocating to Casper, Albon found us a house that we liked in a hot market that met our needs and our budget. Albon's knowledge of the area and the market is a big advantage to anyone looking in this area for real estate.

I'm very lucky to have found Albon. I was not living in Casper at the time of my purchase. It's not easy to feel to make a purchase when you're from out of state. Albon was not just knowledgeable, but also extremely responsive. When there was a house that I was very interested in, he went so far as to make an immediate appointment to see it himself and give me a FaceTime tour of the place. He had good insight into the areas of town and dialed in quickly to just what I was looking for. I highly recommend Albon to anyone buying a house in Casper.

We were looking into either a home to make into a rental later or a home to just live in. Albon was recommended to us through the Dave Ramsey ELP program and we are glad he was. He set us up for a full day of showings and got to know us as people instead of a paycheck. He listened to our needs/wants and tailored our day to those needs. By the end of the day he had directed us in a positive way and within the next day we had a contract on a house!!! Albon is a true realtor for the people and we would highly recommend him to anyone. Albon was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He was able to find us great options within our budget and was great at helping us narrow down options based on our specifications and needs. He’s was extremely available, helpful and responsive before, during and even after the buying process. Highly recommend Albon to anyone looking to buy in Casper!
