Aline just closed my one bedroom condo located on E 37th street yesterday! I have never seen anyone worked as tirelessly as Aline. Throughout the process of selling, she has always kept me informed, maintained a positive attitude and never gave up. She always in my corner, respect my inputs. I feel very fortunate having Aline, who is responsible, effective, and responsive as my representative. I look forward to working with her in the near future.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Aline Scott, a Compass real estate agent for the sale of apartment. With the influx of real estate agents, their numerous advertising (cards, flyers) it extremely difficult to choose one that will truly deliver. However, we have picked a winner when we choose Aline Scott as our agent. From our first interview, Aline's integrity and honesty stood out amongst her peers. In that very instance, I took the chance to hire her because I felt she had what it will take to handle the complexity of my case, an Estate sale. Aline has never disappointed. I am pleased to report that we successfully closed on the apartment (7/2025) despite this tumultuous real estate market and handling the nuisances of very difficult coop board. Aline weather the storm alongside me for almost 2 years and was always available for my frantic early morning or late evening calls. At the finish line, although not required Aline travelled to the Closing to show her support and to celebrate the finale of two long years. ?Not only was she professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, but she treated the entire process with a level of personal care and dedication, a rarity in today's world. She made sure our apartment was always clean and presentable, often coming by herself to tidy things up and decorate just to ensure everything were in perfect condition for showings. That kind of hands-on attention speaks volumes about her work ethic and commitment. Aline was also relentless in moving the process forward, chasing down paperwork, following up with all the necessary parties, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her persistence, communication, and overall drive and love for her job were key in getting our apartment sold smoothly and efficiently. We couldn't ask for any one better than Aline. Diligent, hard working, and thorough. Incredibly reliable and appropriate in advice. Aline is a fantastic agent! She successfully sold my UES apartment and throughout was helpful, responsive, and proactive. I believe she would do a great job listing and selling any NYC residential real estate.
