Canyon was OUTSTANDING in helping me sell my home of 35 years. It needed some TLC before going live on the market, and Canyon helped guide me every step of the way so we were prepared to go on market. Professional, potential and willing to go the extra mile. Above and beyond my expectation for a realtor. Worked late into the night showing houses with my wife and me. Even went and checked on the house after purchase to make sure the power and water transitioned to our account before we were able to move into the house after closing.

Canyon was top notch in helping my dad downsize from his home to a brand new condo! Canyon specifically impressed me when he found that five electrical outlets in the home were not working - something which was even missed by a professional home inspector.
