Not a great agent at all. We tried to purchase a house and offered the listing price. After the deadline to respond to our offer (in which he ignored), he decided to change the listing price to HIGHER than we offered originally to try and get more money out of it without letting us know and argued with our agent after we called him out on it. He just lost a sale!

I would strongly recommend Alex Shafers and his team which includes his colleagues Amber and Canyon . All three helped us sell our home and buy another. It was a stressful time, but the whole team came through for us! They listened to our worries, concerns and needs while patiently guiding us until we found the perfect fit for our family.
