Heard about him through a friend, ultimately decided on Alex because of his dogs being included. First time selling a house, everything explained up front, extremely friendly and prompt. Expired last minute issues but Alex was up to the challenge and made the process as smooth as possible.

Our family always looked forward to “playing ball” with him outside of our work/life busy schedule when looking for homes. I have never seen anyone advocate for their clients, and be as readily available in the drop of a second, in the way that Alex has done for us. Being a young first time homebuyer and moving to another state, I was very nervous about finding a home at first. After meeting with Alex to go over the basics, I felt much more at ease with all the education I received. Alex responded to my questions quickly and kept me in the loop during negotiations. He connected me with great industry affiliates and truly is the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN THE AREA!!!! I can’t thank Alex and the dogs enough for all of the support and education they have given me throughout this process of buying my first home! I would recommend Alex for anyone looking for a realtor in the Rochester or surrounding area!

My wife and I were first time homebuyers in the Rochester, MN area and were referred to Alex by my sister, who had nothing but great things to say. I'm very happy we followed her advice - Alex is a phenomenal agent. During the early stages he explained the process to us in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to lay everything out for us - as first time buyers he made a daunting process much easier. When we had questions or ideas, he always responded very quickly, if not almost immediately. He was always updating us at each step of the way as we really began looking for our dream home and was always available. Alex helped us be proactive in touring and searching for homes in our area and made sure to point out any potential issues or things to know in every home that we toured - we felt like he had our best interest in mind and wasn't just trying to make a sale as quick as possible. We had a tough first transaction that ultimately fell through, though it was no fault of ours or Alex's. We really felt like Alex was fighting for everyone's best interest, not only just ours as his clients, in making the sale happen. His experience and knowledge helped guide us through this time and we were confident in all of his advice on how to proceed. He readily updated us in this period of uncertainty and tried his absolute best to fairly advocate for us as his clients even when it could be frustrating or needlessly difficult, he was always ready to go to bat for us. It ultimately worked out, we found a better home for better value, and that transaction with Alex and the listing agent was smooth as butter. They were professional, communicative, and got it done quickly. We were connected to great lenders, inspectors and others. Everyone Alex introduced us to provided great services for a fair price and I could tell they had great professional relationships. Alex seems to know just about everybody within a 100 mile radius and 'knows a guy' for every possible problem you could have. We're so excited to begin this next chapter of our lives with our first home and could not be more satisfied with the help Alex gave us. He has our highest recommendation for buying or selling a home. Especially for a first-time homebuyer, this was a 11/10 experience. Best real estate agent I could have asked for.
