My family recently had the pleasure of working with Alan Canas and his team to sell our condo and we couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome! We were selling our deceased family members' condo that required a lot of work and it was a very emotional situation. From our initial phone conversation with Alan, it was clear that we were in good hands. He and his team showed up right away. They were compassionate and understanding of our situation and they took care of everything from coordinating Contractor estimates, to navigating the entire process with the HOA and management company and ensuring that our property looked its absolute best. AWESOME!!! Great service. Very professional. Provided us with many valuable resources. Alan and his team helped by managing many details for us. We were remote to the property so we relied on Alan and Team to service many issues. They helped oversee the property and manage the various vendors and service providers. Highly recommend!

Alan was really great to work with and I highly recommend him. The only reason I was able to purchase the property that I did was because Alan and his team proactively sent a mailing to all current owners of the townhouse units in the condo complex I was interested in after I initially got outbid on a property there. Also, Alan had to be very creative, diligent, and patient with the seller during many unique twists and turns during both the bid/offer period and the escrow process. I am very grateful to have worked with Alan and recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent. Thanks again Alan!

Alan and his team were great! The entire process moved smoothly, I felt informed and supported the entire time. We had a few things we need to have fixed before listing, the team was very communicative, providing real-time updates, photos and checkins that make the process move quickly and problem free. Would highly recommend.

Alan was a great partner for me in my first time home buying experience. We moved very fast...from meeting to offer accept in 6 days. Alan was exceptionally responsive and he invested heavily in answering all my questions. He educated me during the home buying process while helping me manage the many emotions of home buying. When it came to the sale, Alan's guidance on pricing and strategy was spot on. We beat out multiple other offers. Alan has a wide network in the Bay Area and clearly is a trusted and respected agent. Had a great experience. Looking forward to working with Alan again sometime down the line when I buy my next home.
