At the start of July 2025, my wife and I began reaching out to realtors to purchase our first home. I am happy to say that in 2 months time, we closed on the home that was right for us! Adam and Jeremy are very knowledgeable of the Cincinnati market. We primarily worked with Jeremy Braley, and he made the process as smooth as possible. I cannot say enough incredible things about our realtor Jeremy and the whole Jessen team. This was our first time purchasing a home after renting for years, so the process was all a bit overwhelming. Jeremy went above and beyond to walk with us through every step of the process, tour countless homes, led us through a very positive inspection and closing period, and communicated BEYOND professionally/efficiently. His experience helped ease our worries from the offer process all the way to closing. Thanks to Jeremy, we had an incredible experience buying our first home, and we could not have done it without him!

Adam showed great professionalism, work ethic, and communication. He showed great empathy and awareness to what our goals were and what we wanted to happen. He showed great expertise in regards to the locality, the process, and selling our house, and we ended up accomplishing all of our goals. Adam helped us buy a house in 2017 and we had such a great experience that we asked for his help again in 2024. He has always been prompt and helpful but he has also never tried to push us into anything we aren't looking for. He's really good at reading what kind of buyer you are, like if you need extra help finding something or if you like to do most of the searching yourself and just ask him to get you a showing scheduled. If he isn't available, he always has a team member who can help you in his place. We worked with Jeremy a lot this year and he has also been fantastic to work with. They're both good humored and pleasant but also receptive to feedback or concerns and they genuinely make the stressful process of home buying just a lot less overwhelming. Would absolutely recommend them!
