Abel went over and beyond he exceeded any of our expectations, he sold our house and helped us find our new home ?? in a short time frame. Abel took time to sit down with us to determine what would be a good fit for us. He even recommended a lending agent, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously. Abel was a great agent. I would highly recommend him to other's. He went out of his way to help my wife and I sell our home. If I decide to buy another home in Merced county or Fresno county Abel is definitely my go to agent.

Able did a very good job explaining all paper work in the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home. He is a go getter. Bilingual a plus and gladly recommend for the sale of your home or for a purchase of a new home.

Able Molina without a doubt was the key in making my home buying experience a success! Being a first time homebuyer was a scary thought since i had no idea what to expect or what to do. He met all of mine and my fiancés needs when looking at all the possibilities of new homes. Throughout this whole process Abel made sure to guide us every step of the way and went the extra mile when extra support was needed when we were lost or didn't know what to do.
