I cannot say enough about Ilya and the incredible support he gave me and my family during an extremely difficult time. After my mother and her partner passed away, we were left with a complicated and emotionally draining situation involving their home. A third of the house belonged to my mother’s partner’s daughter, who made the process very challenging and, at times, underhanded. Although I was unable to list the house exclusively with Ilya—something I would have done in a heartbeat—he never once hesitated to help me. For nearly two years, while the house could not be listed, Ilya guided me through every step, answered every question, and went above and beyond to connect me with the right people, providing names, numbers, and clear direction whenever I needed it. What truly sets Ilya apart is that he did all of this knowing he would receive absolutely no compensation. Despite that, he was always patient, kind, and incredibly responsive—every time I called, he answered immediately. I never even met him in person; all of our conversations were over the phone, yet he treated me with the care and dedication of a long-standing client. The house is now finally listed, and I truly owe so much of that progress to Ilya. His integrity, generosity with his time, and genuine concern for people are rare in any industry. I will never forget what he did for me and my family, and I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor and an even better human being.

Ilya was incredibly nice & professional and helped us through every step of buying a condo. He is honest & hardworking. The sale involved probate, which made me nervous, but he handled it well & had a lot of patience dealing with all the tough details.

I tried a few other agents before I found Heath, but he is by far the best and most thorough agent I have ever met. He’s a very good communicator. We are first time property investors and he walked me through the process thoroughly and made everything easy. When I’m ready to buy my next property, I will most definitely call him again. I also want to point out that I’m a Spanish speaker and though he does not speak Spanish, he worked with his amazing team to make sure everything was being relayed. I cannot recommend him enough!

Heath put it hands into selling my house and within one day, my home was sold. A professional agent with a can do attitude, Heath was pleasant, responsive, and informative throughout the process. I highly recommend using him to fulfill your needs. The fact that he was a fellow veteran and first responder in our community was a plus that spotlighted his attention to servitude. Get him before he is in high demand? Because he will be.
