Ilya was incredibly nice & professional and helped us through every step of buying a condo. He is honest & hardworking. The sale involved probate, which made me nervous, but he handled it well & had a lot of patience dealing with all the tough details.

I tried a few other agents before I found Heath, but he is by far the best and most thorough agent I have ever met. He’s a very good communicator. We are first time property investors and he walked me through the process thoroughly and made everything easy. When I’m ready to buy my next property, I will most definitely call him again. I also want to point out that I’m a Spanish speaker and though he does not speak Spanish, he worked with his amazing team to make sure everything was being relayed. I cannot recommend him enough!

Heath put it hands into selling my house and within one day, my home was sold. A professional agent with a can do attitude, Heath was pleasant, responsive, and informative throughout the process. I highly recommend using him to fulfill your needs. The fact that he was a fellow veteran and first responder in our community was a plus that spotlighted his attention to servitude. Get him before he is in high demand? Because he will be.

Erin was invaluable in helping us sell our home. We were able to sell in a very timely manner while maximizing our sale price. Very friendly and knowledgeable - I bought a coop apartment - the coop rules are quite complicated. I was very content with Erin's help: the apartment was a good buy; Erin helped me decide to make an offer immediately - and the offer was accepted. I'm very happy with my new apartment.
