We live across the country from the home we were needing to sell. Aaron was not skilled as an experienced realtor, he also made himself readily available to be on-property for any repairs, updating, or utility needs given our inability to be there in person. Without hesitation, he helped us coordinate with reliable local folks to get the house in shape for sale. All communication was courteous and timely with most responses coming within the hour. This could have been a miserable experience for us being so far from the property, but instead we couldn't have asked for a smoother process thanks to Aaron's professionalism and integrity.
