Brian was absolutely incredible in helping us buy our first home. We interviewed about 5-6 other real estate agents in the Philly area, and he was by far the most personable, the most honest, and so easy to work with. He shot us straight about what to expect, never over promised anything, and was just super authentic throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond and walked us through every step, answered all of our silly questions, met with my sister on new years day when we weren't able to fly in to see the house in person, drove us to our closing in the snow, and genuinely made us feel like we were in good hands. Buying a house is undoubtedly intimidating, but Brian truly did an amazing job at making us feel like we were making the best decision. Can't recommend him enough if you are looking at buying in the Philly area!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Brian! He is our go-to for buying or selling and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is incredibly dedicated to us as clients and always makes us feel like top priority. His communication is amazing and always answers every question quickly and thoroughly, no matter how big or small. Most importantly, it’s clear he has our best interests at heart. Reid was great to work with again. He was familiar with the "comps" in the area and made a good recommendation on price point. He was able to advocate and negotiate on our behalf. We definitely had lots of little and not so little questions for him throughout the process which were answered immediately. We have now purchased two homes and sold one home with Reid and his team. Thank you!
