Leigh is extremely knowledgeable regarding the market in general and our neighborhood in particular. He managed the entire process from listing to sale, making the process move smoothly and getting what we believe was a fair price. I can't recommend Leigh highly enough.

Working with Leigh Marcus and his team was a 11/10. They truly work for their commission and the value they bring to the table is worth every penny. Very personable team whom is on top of their game. We were so happy with their services in the sale of our SFH home and finding a new construction home as well.

Grahm’s savviness in the negotiation process helped save us 12% off the listing price of our home. Beyond his duties as our realtor, he also treated us with the utmost respect and friendliness. The rest of the Leigh Marcus team including Kelsey also were such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to any single person buying or selling a home in the Chicago area.

Gabriel did an incredible job with both the sale and purchase of our homes. We contacted him in February and he worked with us for nearly six months to prepare our home for sale and figure out exactly what we wanted in our next home. Our home went under contract on the the first day of showings in May and we made an offer on our new home in June; both closed in July. Gabriel was extremely accommodating with our schedule and communicated regularly throughout the entire process. He helped us find the perfect home and we could not be more thankful!
