Gabriel was outstanding and we will surely return to work with him again. Right from the start, he was patient with us and explained every step of the home buying process to us as new buyers. He wasn't pushy, but instead measured and had a good sense of what we were looking for after speaking for a short time. He was willing to go with us on a 'whirlwind' tour of places to look at given we were not local, which we were very appreciative of. Even when a small hiccup came up (appraisal value < purchase price), he hopped on a quick call and answered all of our questions. Even after closing, he checked in every few days to make sure we were settling in nicely, and even gave us good takeout recommendations for our first night in the home.

Gabriel was a true professional from Day 1. As we worked through the process he communicated with us at least once a week, and as the closing date got closer, we spoke daily. Even when things ran off course a bit, as they always do, he helped us stay calm and was able to put the train back on track. I recommend Gabriel with 100% certainty that you will be well represented, he knows the real estate business, and although a very professional person, he is also warm, kind, and easy to speak to, a real good guy!

We recently sold our East Village condo with Leigh, Grahm, and the team's help. They are extremely professional, guided us through the process well, and handled a tremendous amount in terms of updates and staging, as we are now out of state. We were thrilled to get an offer way above asking before the Open House weekend!

Jaime is a pleasure to work with. I met him at an open house and he immediately came up to me and made me feel welcome. From then on, I worked with him as my agent and he was very helpful throughout the tedious first-time homebuyer process. We placed a couple offers together and he gave me great advice on how to draft an offer and communicate with the selling agent(s). I'm happy to say that I was able to close on my first home with Jaime and I look forward to continue working with him in the future.

Jaime was super responsive and knowledgeable about the home-buying process. He first walked us through each step, then along the way frequently checked in. His knowledge of local market conditions was particularly useful, as we were able to make a below-asking offer AND beat out an alternative offer. Additionally, some crucial pieces of the offer process landed on a Sunday, but Jaime was super available and helped things come together. He was also quite helpful during the search process in helping us figure out what we wanted. We originally were looking for a condo, so he showed us many of those, but also encouraged us to check out a few single-family homes and townhouses...and we realized we preferred a townhouse. Unfortunate timing on our part meant that the home inspection needed to occur while we were out of town, but Jaime stepped up to attend and even asked questions that we sent ahead of time. Lastly, Jaime was friendly and level-headed throughout the process, qualities not to be undervalued when going through the stress of home-buying!
