Moving from out of state into the northern suburbs of Chicago, we knew we needed the help of an expert in the area. Carrie was so knowledgeable and helpful to us offering options, feedback, and recommendations that helped us focus on the areas where we knew we would be happy living. Carrie's entire team was extremely accommodating, responsive, and provided important information that would eventually help us decide upon the home for us. Once that was determined, Carrie's team was a big help along the way helping us navigate the home purchase journey in Illinois. Carrie's rolodex of contacts was most helpful for the inspection, attorney tasks, and so on. If there was one area where I would respectfully suggest an improvement is the greater articulation, or perhaps a documentation/chart of "who is responsible for what" efforts in Illinois real estate purchases. We've purchased a number of homes in our life but this was the first state in which an attorney is heavily involved in closing the deal. Our attorney, another of Carrie's recommendations, was absolutely terrific. We just didn't know who to reach out to for questions and clarification on certain tasks. Otherwise, we were very happy with Carrie's efforts, accessibility, responsiveness and such from her and her whole team.
