    How awards are earned

    Built from verified sale performance

    Rankings are calculated from actual transaction records for each market, including sale counts and dollar volume over the trailing 18 months. Agents do not submit themselves for consideration and placement cannot be purchased.

    Refreshed every quarter

    Each quarter closes with a new award cycle per market. Annual awards freeze the year-end standings every January and remain published permanently.

    Sized to the market

    Positional awards (#1 through #10) are only issued in markets with at least 50 ranked agents, and percentage tiers require at least 25, so an award always reflects meaningful competition.

    The first award cycle is being finalized. City pages publish here as each market's winners are confirmed.
