Zobeyda was an awesome realtor, has a nurturing spirit, and is very patient and reassuring. She was always available to answer our questions and provide us with information, was very knowledgeable about the local market, and helped us find the perfect home for our needs. She was always there to support us throughout the process and made sure that we were comfortable with every step. She made the process so much easier; we couldn't have done it without her. Zobeyda went above and beyond for us: She helped us find a home that met all of our needs, even though it was a very competitive market, she negotiated a great price on our behalf, she helped us with all of the paperwork and closing details, she was always available to answer our questions and provide us with support. "We were devastated when Hurricane Ian hit our home in SWFL. The damage was extensive, and we didn't know what we were going to do. We decided to sell our home, but we were worried about how we would find a realtor who could handle the unique challenges of selling a hurricane-damaged property. We were so lucky to find Zobeyda. She was immediately responsive to our needs, and she took the time to understand our situation. She was honest with us about what we could expect, and she helped us to set realistic goals for the sale of our home. Zobeyda was also a great communicator. She kept us updated on every step of the process, and she was always available to answer our questions. Was very professional, and we were so pleased with the way that Zobeyda handled the sale of our home with ease. Everything that we could have asked for in a realtor. Zobeyda made us feel welcome from our first phone call to look at a prospective house. When we met her, she was smiling and happy to be there prepared with answers to whatever we asked! When she was unsure, she quickly got back to us with an answer. She was always quick to point out the good qualities of the house, but not shy to share if something was not quite up to par. After looking at several houses, we found the one we wanted! Only one drawback, sign saying no motorcycles, although there were some in complex. She was quick to talk with the selling realtor and notified the HOA to find out that was no longer the case. We were ecstatic at her determination to make this house become our home. She is definitely a go getter! She is quick to take on the challenge to work in your favor at getting the best deal. She responds quickly and notifies you in preparation for each step along the way. If we buy again, we will use her!! You will not be disappointed!! She is on top of her game!!
