Zeb worked with my wife and I for almost a year while we pursued our home and other options, and now with his help we've closed! He's made himself available at any time of day, he's extremely knowledgeable and was ready to answer any questions we had. He provided amazing communication between the seller and their realtors, our lenders, the title company, etc. which was a lifesaver! We used Summit Realty when we moved to AK in 2021. Without physically being able to see the house, they took care of everything, which made our move so much easier. Now with selling the house, Zeb and his team got it sold fast and made the process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend!
