My wife and I worked with Zack over the course of the last 2 years passively searching for the perfect home for our growing family. Zack was extremely patient, attentive and professional throughout the process. Not only did he work tirelessly to help us find the perfect home, he did so while making us feel like members of his friends and family. He always greeted us at a showing with a smile, first asking how my toddler daughter was doing and commenting on our baby boy was getting so big. You could tell he really did care and built a great relationship with our family. We all trusted him implicitly. When a great opportunity presented itself he did a wonderful job negotiating with the selling agent and helped us find a deal. We could not have done this without Zack. My wife and I could not imagine working in this market with anyone else.

Zach has been an absolute wonder to work with. He is always available and willing to answer any questions we had. He saw dozens of homes with him before we found one that we purchased. He was never pushy and was happy to show us different homes / neighborhoods and tell us about the area we were moving. Zach has a wealth of knowledge of what to look in homes for and what to steer clear of. I would recommend him to anyone and have already passed his information to my brother who is looking to come to the area.
