Working with Yanel was the worst experience of my life. She was late to multiple open houses and someone drove away because of it. She doesn’t like when clients advocate for themselves and will treat you like absolute trash. The only reason our deal even went through to sell our house was because the broker had to step in and finish everything. Requiring a 9 month minimum contract should have been the first red flag but it was our first time selling and we didn’t know. She would send us things to sign and never take the time to go over everything which is her job. I guess she assumed everyone that doesn’t work in real estate should just sign and shouldn’t question anything in a 27 page contract. I would recommend another other realtor on the planet. You’re better off winging it than using her because she isn’t going to help. She didn’t earn her commission. She definitely thinks she knows everything and will tell you over and over how good she is at her job. She didn’t earn her commission we paid and I hope the broker kept every dime because he had to do her entire job. Thank goodness was for the broker. She also didn’t tell us the earnest money hadn’t been delivered for over 24 hrs past the deadline and when I asked to talk to her she said she was busy and out of town. She did zero to advocate for us. I wish I never trusted her. It was based of online reviews only so I’m here writing this review about what really happened to us. Her mentioning my husband who has passed away was the worst thing of all.

This is not your everyday realtor. Our experience with Yanel was amazing. It was simply ridiculous the vision and attention to detail she provided. Selling your house? Simple... call the best...Its Yanel!
